Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

They specialize in resinous flooring solutions for industrial manufacturing, food & beverage facilities, and chemical processing plants. With a focus on long-term customer partnerships and repeat business, they are now ready to expand their presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth in the DFW metroplex. This role is designed for a proven business developer who thrives in industrial markets, understands the value of protective flooring solutions, andmost importantlybrings an established book of business. You will be one of a small, highly capable team focused on driving new relationships, maintaining key accounts, and delivering tailored flooring solutions that protect our clients operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development efforts across the DFW market, focusing on industrial and manufacturing clients (food & beverage, chemical processing, heavy manufacturing).
  • Leverage your existing client base while actively sourcing and developing new relationships.
  • Manage 1015+ active accounts while ensuring strong client retention and repeat business.
  • Prospect through LinkedIn, industry networks, and tradeshowsfinding opportunities beyond standard competitive bid scenarios.
  • Partner with internal teams to estimate, bid, and close flooring projects.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and high standards in all client interactions.
  • Operate independently, working remotely from a home office or temporary office space in DFW.
Qualifications
  • 510+ years of successful B2B business development experience in industrial flooring or a closely related field.
  • Established book of business in industrial manufacturing, food & beverage, or chemical processing sectors is required.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and resourcefully without daily oversight.
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn, tradeshows, and networking to develop new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
