Senior Claims Manager - Employment Practice Liability - Remote

The Senior Claims Manager - Employment Practice Liability ("EPL") is responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with employment practices within the organization. This role involves handling EPL claims, including investigation and resolution up to and including trial. This role will also be responsible for providing insight to business partners, including HR, regarding avoidance and mitigation of EPL.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, HR or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10 or more years of employment law, risk management or insurance related to employment practices
