About The Role

The IT department at CrowdStrike is at the forefront of enabling rapid growth and technological innovation. We are looking for a Principal AI Program Manager to lead the use of Generative AI capabilities that enhance productivity, unlock new internal capabilities, and create opportunities for revenue. You will report to the Senior Director of Enterprise AI and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, IT, Marketing, and other teams. You should be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, communicates effectively, and is passionate about responsible AI use.

What You'll Do
  • AI Governance. Advance responsible data and AI practices across the enterprise. Organize the Enterprise AI Safety Board, coordinate the AI steward network, and partner with Legal on regulatory compliance. Align with goals to maximize safety and security while minimizing bureaucracy.
  • AI Initiatives. Oversee AI initiatives such as adopting a new AI platform, transforming major workflows with AI, or running AI certification training. Manage rollouts, communications, and training, and celebrate outstanding AI use to inspire others.
  • AI Community. Develop programs to advance AI knowledge, support an internal AI website, and coordinate AI champions across functions to maximize support and knowledge sharing.
What You'll Need
  • 8+ years in technical program management. Not all necessarily AI-focused.
  • Working knowledge of machine learning; ability to explain core ML concepts and have built models.
  • Expertise in AI safety and governance, with perspectives on operational and ethical risks. Familiarity with GDPR, DMA/ DMA, California AI Transparency Act, US AI executive orders, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001.
  • Drive to stay current on technology trends and AI developments.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in early-stage, entrepreneurial product environments; resourceful and execution-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to align with stakeholders.

The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $170,000 - $260,000 per year, with bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401k and paid time off. For detailed information about the U.S. benefits package, please click here.
