Territory Manager - Insurance - Arizona (Remote in Arizona). Openly is looking for a Territory Manager, internal title is Agency Success Manager. To be considered for this role, candidates must be residing in Arizona.

Base pay and compensation

Base pay range: $69,840.00/yr - $82,935.00/yr

The target salary range represents the budgeted salary range for this position. Actual compensation for this position will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience and skills. Openly also offers incentive plans in addition to base salary.

Openly is looking for a Territory Manager (Agency Success Manager). This role requires residing in Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing Openly Agent Partners to enhance and maximize sales results
  • Support agent partners with developing marketing campaigns
  • Create and implement strategies and goals to increase new business production
  • Support Business Development Managers with larger agency appointments
  • Manage assigned territory to drive profitable growth and achieve financial goals
  • Review and analyze territory trends to identify, communicate, and act on data
  • Collaborate with other Openly functions to improve agent experience

Requirements
  • 3+ years of outstanding sales performance with ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years of insurance carrier experience
  • Must reside in Arizona
  • Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License preferred, or ability to obtain within three months
  • Established agency network within Arizona
  • Travel up to 60% in assigned territory
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and value-based selling skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication for large and small audiences
  • Customer-centric mindset to quickly establish trust
  • Insurance product knowledge and rapid knowledge acquisition
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products and experience with a CRM

Incentive Plans
  • Monthly and quarterly variable incentive plans in addition to base salary

The full salary range shows the min to max for this position. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
