What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating the planning and execution of medical congresses, advisory boards, and cross-functional initiatives
• Supporting Medical Affairs operationsincluding training programs, HEOR projects, and grant reviews
• Managing contracts, budgets, and vendor relationships with precision and professionalism
• Facilitating cross-functional communication and ensuring alignment across internal teams
• Tracking milestones and deliverables to ensure projects stay on course and deliver impact

What You Bring

• Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in biotech/pharma, ideally with a focus in oncology
• Experience in Medical Affairs operations or adjacent functions
• Strong command of MS Office and project management tools
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
