Partner / Attorney (Asbestos, Toxic Torts Defense) 100% Remote work! - California

We are seeking a Partner or Attorney that has recent exposure to Asbestos defense cases. This role is fully remote and requires residence in California.

Job Duties

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense, liability, and Asbestos / Toxic Tort related cases
• Handle all phases of litigation, including initial case analysis, discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements
• Collaborate with clients, co-counsel, and expert witnesses to develop defense strategies
• Provide regular status reports and recommendations to insurance carriers and clients
