A maintenance coordinator will:
- Review and Troubleshoot work orders submitted by Tenants, Managers or Property Owners.
- Call and communicate with vendors.
- Schedule work between Vendors, Maintenance techs, and Tenants
- Review inspection photos for quality and accuracy
- Load bills and process invoices submitted by vendors
- Conversational or better English
- Ability to work with a team
