Food Handler Card & Negative TB Test Required by State Law!
If and when eligible: we offer health benefits per Hawaii Prepaid Health Care Act, and vacation wages are earned after completing at least (35) 30-hour weeks schedules.
A 401K pre-tax option is available after 6 months of employment (must be 21 and older).
For full-time employees, we also provide life insurance after 90 days at no cost to the employee.
Hourly pay is based on experience.
Aloha! The Fish Hopper in Kona has an
IMMEDIATE opening for a Dishwasher.
Requirements:
- No previous restaurant experience required.
- Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time.
- Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.
- Be able to safely lift bags, cases and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment.
- Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized.
- Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
- Must be able to work weeknights, weekends and holidays. Saturday and Sunday nights are required shifts.
