Job Description:

Location: Fort Shafter, HI

Clearance Needed: TS/SCI

Are you ready to leverage your all-source analytical experience on complex projects supporting an exciting mission focused on the Indo-Pacific region? The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of working across multiple intelligence sections to collect, fuse, and share intelligence, maintaining a competitive edge against near-peer and peer adversaries.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Participate in all-source analysis of operational environments and develop target packages or serialized products.
2. Utilize IC tools for threat analysis, assessment, and product creation supporting DoD priorities; familiar with intelligence writing and ICD 203 standards.
3. Understand INDOPACOM intelligence issues and support missions such as order of battle, ground domain awareness, strategic competition, or counter-threat finance.
4. Collaborate with interagency analysts to share information, generate leads, corroborate data, and support joint targeting efforts.
5. Work independently, respond promptly to information requests, and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Shift work may be required.

Required Education/Experience:

1. Trained Army 35F or equivalent.
2. 3+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; experience may substitute for degree.
3. Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into coherent reports.
4. Adaptability to dynamic environments and changing priorities.
5. Excellent communication skills, including proofreading, editing, and preparing products for senior leaders.
6. Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and data-sharing tools.
7. Valid US Passport.
8. Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Preferred Experience:

1. Supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence or operations.
2. Experience supporting a Combatant Command.
3. Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) Certification.

Top Secret SCI

Salary Range:

$86,700.00 - $176,600.00
