Job Summary
The BYU–Hawaii Store is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Cellphone Services Coordinator to manage all aspects of cellphone-related service. This includes coordinating activations, upgrades, troubleshooting, billing, inventory, and delivering excellent customer service to students, alumni, faculty, staff, retirees, BYUH departments, and the Polynesian Cultural Center. The coordinator also ensures compliance with university policies and vendor agreements.
