Description:

Responsibilities

OBXtek is currently staffing for an Integrated Logistics Support, Journeyman position supporting the Army's Global Enterprise Network Modernization OCONUS (GENM-O) organization, with the place of performance located at Fort Shafter, HI. Below is a list of expectations the candidate must meet for this effort:

  • Integrate life cycle sustainment planning for all IPT projects
  • Perform asset management activities such as equipment inventory, lateral transfers, audits, equipment cataloging
  • Achieve certification by the appropriate Area Support Group (ASG) office and perform facility management officer (FMO) duties for Pacific (PAC) facilities
  • Use provided applications to track, reconcile, account for, and transfer IT project procured and organizational property
  • Support material acquisition, warehousing, tracking, and issuing of supplies and materials
  • Submit trouble tickets and coordinate with help desk for IT equipment imaging, connection, and technical issue resolution
  • Receive Government-provided IT equipment and record transactions on Army hand receipt forms with user signatures
  • Maintain/secure SIPR room and equipment in accordance with current IA regulations and policies
  • Coordinate with contractors for solution improvements related to material management
  • Assist contractors with logistical staging, storage services, and equipment documentation
  • Process supply requests and submit funds requests
  • Maintain physical security and accountability of organizational property
  • Coordinate with logistics teams for equipment status updates and audits
  • Keep accurate records, conduct inventories, and complete documentation
  • Ship/receive supplies and property to/from PAC
  • Ensure equipment is properly sub-hand-receipted to users
  • Coordinate with DRMO for obsolete equipment turn-in
  • Manage transportation, movement, and material handling requests
  • Maintain signature cards for activities
  • Assess logistics posture and compliance as part of Army's MICP/ASOA

In addition:

  • Maintain building signage, key/control programs, and attend required training
  • Provide escorts during work in GENM-O facilities
  • Assist with personnel and equipment relocations
  • Achieve mail clerk certification and perform related duties
  • Perform clerical, administrative, and records management functions

Travel up to 25% is expected, including CONUS and OCONUS trips. Must be deployable within 72 hours, medically and administratively prepared for any environment, including contingency operations.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Army Logistics

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Security Clearance: Secret
