Site Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Site Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume wireless telecom deployments for new site builds and modification projects. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role requiring strong communication, leasing, and permitting experienceespecially within the T-Mobile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead candidate selection, lease negotiations, and coordination of zoning and permitting for wireless telecom sites.
• Navigate and manage tower owner application processes and online portals.
• Forecast and manage the full Site Acquisition (SAQ) lifecycle for new builds and site modifications.
• Review and interpret jurisdictional zoning codes, ordinances, and lease documents.
• Handle lease reviews, tower loading assessments, and rent/term negotiations.
• Prepare and submit lease document packages with detailed deal notes.
• Provide accurate site status updates using shared tracking tools for internal and client meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality performance.
• Maintain a professional presence in virtual meetings and correspondence.

Required Qualifications:

• ~ 35 years of relevant Site Acquisition experience.
• Experience with new site builds (search rings) and modification projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of leasing and permitting tasks.
• Strong understanding of wireless telecom processes and timelines.
• Must be responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Able to pass background check (10 years), employment verification, DMV check, and a 10-panel drug screen (no alcohol).

Preferred Qualifications:

• T-Mobile experience strongly preferred.
• Lease experience involving microwave and generator installations.
• Familiarity with permitting processes.
• Experience with small cell, right-of-way (ROW), or wireless telecom design projects.

Additional Details:

• Travel: Not required
• Overtime: Minimal, paid at 1.5x
• Work Environment: 100% remote; must align with Central or Eastern time zone hours
