We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Epic Analyst to join our team supporting the ADT (Admission, Discharge, Transfer), Prelude (Registration), and HIM (Health Information Management) modules. This remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys mentoring others, and brings deep technical and functional expertise across Epic systems.

The Senior Epic Analyst will act as a knowledge expert across Epic ADT and Prelude modules, with additional experience in HIM considered a plus. This individual will mentor junior analysts and team members, foster professional growth, and promote knowledge sharing across the team. They will lead and support Epic build, configuration, and optimization efforts, collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Epic solutions. The analyst will troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations, participate in project planning and executionincluding upgrades and new implementationsand provide workflow support in coordination with team coordinators managing incoming requests. Salary from 105-115K based on experience. You must live in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana,Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, or Virginia to be eligible for remote work,

Skills and Requirements

Epic Certification in Prelude and ADT

Minimum 35 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst.

Proven experience in Epic build and configuration.

Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient access processes.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Experience in mentoring and acting as a knowledge resource for others null
