Description

Total Warehouse Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Sales Business Development Representative with material handling or related sales experience to join our Hawaii team. This role reports to the Senior Sales Manager on Oahu and involves supporting various departments. The focus is on creating a positive customer experience and selling services, training, and Class 3 material handling equipment. There is potential for progression to a Sales Representative role, partnering with clients on Class 1-5 material handling equipment and warehouse solutions such as pallet racks.

Our business revolves around sales and field service support in industrial parks and warehouses, backed by strong internal support.

Responsibilities

• Support existing accounts and prospect new accounts through lead generation.
• Collaborate with parts and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professionalism to establish long-term client partnerships.
• Learn and sell products and services within company policies and pricing.
• Keep customer profiles current and accurate.
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments and presentations.
• Demonstrate products and services onsite.
• Document all activities and updates in the Oracle Asset Management System.
• Keep prospects informed about product updates and enhancements.
• Aim to improve performance and results annually.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of outside sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with prospecting and maintaining a professional phone persona.
• Organized with good time management and follow-through abilities.
• CRM experience and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
