3i Law is looking for forward-thinking legal professionals across practice areas to join our team and support our firm's growth in Hawaii. We are driven by the simple idea that legal support should never feel out of reach for any individual or business. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of legal experience, entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative attitude, and a book of business. We value community engagement, professional involvement, and leadership development amongst our team.

Relevant practice areas include, but are not limited to: Business and Corporate, Civil / Commercial Litigation, Employment and Labor, Estate Planning / Administration, Elder Law, Intellectual Property, International Transactions, Immigration, Probate, Tax, and Trust and Estates.

No Minimum Billable Hour Requirement. This position has a flexible work structure and the ability to create your own schedule. Meeting space available by request.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Hawaii
• Legal experience (8+ years)
• Book of business
• Excellent legal writing capabilities
• Verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills
• Detail-oriented
• Purposeful and driven

Salary Range: $135,000 - $275,000+, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
