Microsoft is hiring a Director, Partner Marketing Americas - Small, Medium Enterprise & Channels (SME&C SI). With a vision to "Build and sell intelligent cloud and intelligent edge solutions with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more," this role is part of the Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) organization, which drives revenue outcomes through innovative partner solutions.
The Global Partner Go-To-Market (GTM), Programs, & Operations (GPO) team manages go-to-market strategies, programs, and platforms to accelerate growth and enhance partner experience across segments.
In this role, you will engage with Channel partners in your region, develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leverage Microsoft tools and best practices, and build strong stakeholder relationships. You will also act as a trusted advisor, grow your industry knowledge, and contribute to team and company success.

Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field + 7+ years of sales, marketing, or business development experience; experience working with partner ecosystems, security technologies, and creating effective campaigns.
Preferred: Master's Degree or additional years of relevant experience; experience with Microsoft Security technologies, product management, and leading in matrixed environments.
