Job Description:

Job Definition: This position involves solving various business systems, networking, and application problems for standard industry servers, specialized, or complex clustered environments. Responsibilities include delivering reactive and proactive activities according to Service Level Agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provides direct post-sales onsite technical support for reactive and proactive customers, maintaining high customer satisfaction by aligning solutions with customer needs and ensuring their requirements are met. The role impacts overall customer experience, revenue growth, profitability, and account retention.

Work Location: On-site daily, M-F, 8-5pm, Standard Business Hours

Travel: 25% travel required between islands and occasional travel to Guam

Clearance: Top Secret required

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Break-Fix support including replacing, repairing, installing, supporting, and maintaining systems.
  • Apply advanced technical knowledge in areas such as server administration, technical security management, and performance management.
  • Integrate technical knowledge with business understanding to create solutions for customers.
  • Resolve incidents independently, including cross-technology issues, and collaborate with team members on complex cases.
  • Proactively seek solutions to prevent problems.
  • Apply company solutions to meet complex customer needs.
  • Identify additional services for future revenue growth.
  • Assist in contract renewal discussions with technical consulting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior management in assigned accounts.
  • Design and deliver support solutions based on industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Manage delivery of industry support solutions.
  • Lead customer expectation management during escalations.
  • Lead cross-team or large programs/projects.
  • Coach or guide junior consultants.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of company products, services, organization, competition, third-party products, and market trends.
  • Broad understanding of corporate organization, policies, and job functions.
  • Expert-level technical, business, or functional knowledge.
  • Diplomatic communication skills, capable of engaging with senior management.
  • Active listening and adaptable messaging skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, reactive, and creative.
  • Consulting skills to become a trusted advisor and clarify solutions.
  • Core technical competencies with intermediate skills in project management, communication, analysis, and presentation.
  • Ability to suggest operational efficiencies.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree in a technical field with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Top Secret clearance required.
  • Daily on-site work required.

Services, Specialist level, Salary range: $69,100 - $158,900 annually. Actual offers vary based on location, experience, and other factors. Benefits info at
