Job Definition: This position involves solving various business systems, networking, and application problems for standard industry servers, specialized, or complex clustered environments. Responsibilities include delivering reactive and proactive activities according to Service Level Agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provides direct post-sales onsite technical support for reactive and proactive customers, maintaining high customer satisfaction by aligning solutions with customer needs and ensuring their requirements are met. The role impacts overall customer experience, revenue growth, profitability, and account retention.
Work Location: On-site daily, M-F, 8-5pm, Standard Business Hours
Travel: 25% travel required between islands and occasional travel to Guam
Clearance: Top Secret required
