About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of School to lead its educational institution with a strong focus on spiritual and missional leadership. The successful candidate will be a committed follower of Jesus Christ, dedicated to modeling biblical values and servant leadership. Responsibilities include championing the spiritual formation of students, staff, and families, and ensuring that the school's culture and decision-making are rooted in biblical truth. The Head of School will also be tasked with casting a compelling vision for the future, fostering a culture of grace and accountability, and promoting a healthy, thriving organizational environment that reflects Christ's love. Candidates for the Head of School position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 3 years of school administration leadership experience. The role requires a leader who is spiritually grounded, relationally attuned, visionary, strategic, and culturally intentional. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in educational, ministry, or nonprofit leadership, with a strong alignment to the mission and values of the institution. Experience with ACSI accreditation standards and Christian school leadership models is also preferred. The Head of School will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, academic excellence, and financial stewardship, and must be adept at building and leading high-quality, Christ-centered staff and faculty.
