Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Client Experience, the Vetspire Support Specialist supports the Post Go-Live implementation of standard business applications and drives operational productivity through the development of standard operating practices. The Vetspire Support Specialist will act as an expert in the use of systems and will identify organizational and industry best practices. The specialist facilitates project communication, resolves project issues, and provides end-user support for post-go-live implementation projects, For Internal Vetspire Support and external commercial client support. You may work weekends & holidays when needed.
