Description:
- Manage large scale technical projects covering cross functional teams.
- Minimum 5 years of Technical Project/Program management experience or deep technical knowledge of Cloud Product solutions and customer usage experience
- 2+ years of experience in Cloud / IT operation, software engineering, systems engineering or similar experience
- Certifications: PMP or CSM preferred
- Proficiency in M.S. Project, M.S. Office required
- Experience with ServiceNow product implementations, upgrades, and expansion
- Technical project planning, monitoring and controlling the project performance
- Assist PMO Directors to implement portfolio, program and project management best practices
- Communicate project status, issues and risks timely to all stake holders, cross functional teams and managers.
- Manage Change Control, Issues and Risks to ensure timely implementation of projects
