Position: Global Marketing Strategy Manager

Job Description:

The Global Marketing Strategy Manager is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns for Citrix. As a versatile marketing professional, you will create and implement go-to-market and global marketing plans that utilize both digital and field marketing channels. Your efforts will drive Arrow's market share, enhance visibility, and generate a robust pipeline aligned with our organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with global teams across multiple regions, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive global marketing strategies and experiences to effectively promote Citrix to both partner ecosystems and targeted end customers.
  • Manage the complete marketing mix, focusing on recruiting, enabling, and growing IT partners while generating new business through global demand generation initiatives directed at end customers.
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to create synergies and ensure coordinated efforts.
  • Track and analyze global campaign KPIs and outcomes, ensuring regular updates are communicated to stakeholders.
  • Utilize your understanding of Citrix's go-to-market strategies and product messaging to develop impactful marketing campaigns that attract qualified leads.
  • Oversee the global Citrix marketing budget, ensuring effective execution of marketing plans and maximizing ROI.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns using metrics such as MQLs, Pipeline Value, and Estimated Revenue, proposing creative strategies to enhance campaign impact and growth.
  • Manage requests for regional marketing budgets and ensure their alignment with global frameworks and business objectives.

What We Are Looking For:

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of global marketing experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in creating strategic marketing plans
  • Relevant experience in the IT sector
  • Proven success in developing demand generation programs targeting diverse buying groups
  • Experience in designing multi-channel campaigns for execution across multiple regions, utilizing digital, field marketing, and Account Based Marketing approaches.
  • Track record of developing marketing strategies for channel partners.

Qualities:

  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Skills:

  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Work Arrangement:

This position is fully remote, with potential travel required to an Arrow office location as requested by leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$76,800.00 - $92,950.00

This range may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The final pay ratio between base salary and any target incentives offered will be finalized at the time of offer.

Location: US-FL-Florida (Remote Employees)

Remote employees may be asked to be present at the nearest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's discretion.
