The Opportunity
Alpha Inc. is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead project execution with clarity, urgency, and impact across our Civil Construction Operations. This role is built for a leader of leaders—someone who thrives in high-velocity environments, manages complexity with confidence, and turns plans into progress. If you're energized by coaching teams, resolving challenges, and driving continuous improvement at scale, this is your stage.
As a senior leader within the Civil Department, you'll be at the helm of multiple project teams, ensuring timely, on-budget, high-quality delivery while upholding Alpha's safety and performance standards. You'll serve as a mentor and escalation point for Project Managers and Engineers, bringing stability, foresight, and rigor to every phase of execution—from planning to closeout.
