The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and safe processes for receiving, storage, and distribution. This position is responsible for managing a team of warehouse specialists, optimizing workflow, enforcing company policies and procedures. Success in the role will be based on Warehouse performance Indicators, including inventory accuracy, process targets and adherence to overtime procedures. Demonstrates strong leadership, fosters teamwork, drives continuous improvement, and consistently achieves operational objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Partners with functional and branch leadership to create strategic plans in support of future growth and improved efficiencies.
