As a Part-Time Retail Sales Specialist for Famous Footwear, you are dedicated to creating an exceptional shoe shopping experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities:

• Master Retail Operations: Maintain daily store tasks like pricing, shipment processing, and inventory management to keep the store operating smoothly. You'll create an organized, clean, and visually appealing shopping environment, making it easy for customers to find their favorite styles.
• Promote Famous Culture: Be a champion of our company's culture by providing excellent customer engagement, ensuring each visitor leaves excited and satisfied with their experience. Your attentive nature will help connect customers with the styles they desire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong relationship-building skills within the store environment
• Effective communication skills across all associate levels
• Ability to exercise independent judgment while working with the Store Sales Manager
• Solid understanding of general retail practices
• Capability to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 40 lbs. using appropriate techniques
• Meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Maintain mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
