Identify and locate the correct air conditioning parts based on customer needs, parts numbers, or system specifications. Process sales transactions using POS systems and handle returns or exchanges according to the company policies. Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory counts. Provide product information, availability, and pricing to customers. Build strong relationships with repeat customers, including contractors and service technicians. Stay current with industry trends, new product lines, and technical knowledge. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and showroom area. Assist with special orders and sourcing HVAC components.
