The scenic Hilton Waikoloa Village is looking for a Spa Supervisor to join The Kohala Spa team. Spanning 62 acres of Hawaiian paradise on Hawaii Island, our property sits on the sunny and picturesque Kohala Coast. We have over 241,000 square feet of event space and 3 hotel towers.

Shift Pattern: AM, PM

Pay Scale: $26.00

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1 year of customer service experience and/or spa operation knowledge.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing?

A Spa Supervisor supports the manager/director of the Health Club/Fitness Center/Spa/Salon by operating the facility in compliance with health and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include:

• Participating in marketing, merchandising, and programming.
• Conducting inventory and tracking financial statistics.
• Managing staff through interviewing, training, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating.
• Performing duties of staff positions as needed.
