What You'll Be Doing:

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong ability to build effective working relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with associates at all levels.
• Independent judgment and discretion in collaboration with Store Sales Manager.
• Knowledge of retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to function effectively within a team.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, and other physical activities.
