Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly. Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bellperson, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security/ Loss Prevention) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem. Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors. Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys. Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels, and report any vehicles/safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems to the manager/supervisor. Notify Loss Prevention/ Security of any guest reports of theft. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
