Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC (OTS) has a rich history of providing IT support and associated services in highly complex, highly regulated, and highly secure environments, including the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), law enforcement, healthcare, retail, and the casino gaming industry. OTS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oneida Innovations Group and the parent company of Croop-LaFrance (CLF), an experienced federal contracting firm.

We are seeking experienced Field Service Technicians to support Ka'ena Point Space Force Station.

Individuals selected for this role will support enlisted personnel by providing end-user support and technical assistance for:

  • Desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
  • Respond promptly to tickets and requests for technical assistance.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and software licenses.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates and system backups.
  • Educate end-users on basic troubleshooting techniques and best practices for using technology.

This role may vary depending on organizational requirements and support needs. Additionally, the technician will assist in asset management of on-site devices.

Requirements:

  1. Current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD baseline certification.
  2. Minimum of 6 years supporting Windows desktops, laptops, PCs, and other devices.
  3. Security clearance required; interim clearance is acceptable.
  4. Relevant IT education.
  5. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
  6. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
