Director of Spa and Recreation - Hilton Waikoloa Village

The Kohala Spa located inside the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort is seeking a Director of Spa and Recreation.

The Director of Spa & Recreation oversees all spa and recreation operations, including the Spa, Fitness Center, Salon, pool deck, lagoon, group fitness, and water activities, with a focus on guest service and financial success.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Spa operations, ensuring quality guest service, product innovation, merchandising, marketing, inventory control, budgeting, reporting, and policy enforcement.
• Develop and implement spa menus and marketing strategies to boost revenue.
• Promote spa services through marketing and upselling techniques.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, making improvements as needed.
• Lead, supervise, and develop team members, including scheduling, training, evaluations, and recognition.
• Recruit and onboard new staff.
• Ensure team members are knowledgeable about services, facilities, and policies.
• Handle guest issues to ensure satisfaction.
