The Vice President of Revenue Strategy is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of all revenue-related initiatives across the Hawaii hotel portfolio. This role will drive top-line performance through pricing optimization, demand forecasting, inventory control, and distribution strategy across multiple properties, ensuring competitive positioning in both leisure and group segments. The leader will be a key voice in shaping the region's revenue strategy approach, partnering closely with operations, sales, and marketing to maximize profitability and asset value. Additionally, the VP will develop and execute property-level and regional revenue strategies tailored to Hawaii's resorts and vacation condos, while leading, coaching, and mentoring the regional revenue strategy team with a focus on performance, professional development, and succession planning.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years in progressive Revenue Strategy roles, demonstrating expertise in leading high-performance revenue strategy teams, market intelligence, forecasting, and channel & distribution optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PMS, CRS, BI, and RMS.

In-office role based in Honolulu.
