Job Description

The base salary for this position is $18.20 hourly.

Our Pool Servers are the story tellers and memory makers of Mauna Lani. Primary duties include proper pool set-up, service of food and beverage to include the order-taking and delivery of any food and beverage, and the use of job related software. This responsibility is to be executed in a friendly, thoughtful manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will be efficient, kind and thrive in a team setting. He or she will work in a fast-paced and high volume work environment and provide consistent, luxury guest experiences. Previous server experience in a full-service hotel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
• Detailed & service oriented with an eye for detail to be self-motivated and energetic
• Must be able to TB Clearance and Food Handler Certification
