Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently hiring for the following position:
Program Coordinator
Full-time, Non-exempt
The Coordinator performs complex program support duties that may encompass database and user management, data entry, record keeping, data research and compliance analysis for a State wide energy savings program which services hard to reach and vulnerable populations in order to improve their comfort, health and safety in their home at no cost to them. Work in this position requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, organizational skills, multi-task orientation, excellent communication skills with client and subcontractors, time management and leadership skills. This is a fully remote position but must live in California
Minimum Qualifications:
Two years of experience in a professional office environment, providing administrative and customer service support
One year of experience coordinating projects
Two years of college or equivalent experience
Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to compile, analyze records/reports, audit information and assemble data and information in a meaningful and effective manner
Multi-task oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize and meet program deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a part of a team, to think ahead and be a strong problem-solver
Pay: $21.00 per hour
