Requirements:

1. Have a security clearance - SECRET
2. Be a graduate of an accredited Engineering college curriculum (four [4]-year degree minimum) AND have a minimum of six (6) years of Design Management and/or Design experience performing tasks identified herein.
3. It is highly desirable to have U.S. Professional Engineering Registration (P.E.) in the discipline being hired (e.g., mechanical design technical support requires a mechanical engineering license) but not required.
4. Have demonstrated knowledge of broad-based Engineering principles and be versed in the discipline being hired.
5. Sound understanding of technical concepts, principles, and practices applicable to multidisciplined engineering project design.
6. Have demonstrated experience with:

• Performing facilities electrical engineering design, including design calculations for electrical services, service transformers, and secondary power distribution systems; calculations for sizing overcurrent devices, disconnect switches, and branch circuits and feeders; lighting calculations, lighting layouts, and specifying light fixtures; developing drawings using AutoCAD and editing product specifications. Well versed with the Electric Code.
