The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful litigation outcomes, and the ability to manage complex cases from inception to resolution. You will be defending private and public employers in high stakes litigation involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and other complex employment matters.
