Our NYC office is growing, and we're looking for someone to help expand the business. The Opportunity We are looking for a Sales Executive to optimize sales efforts to the next level. This role plays an integral role in driving growth and revenue through generating qualified leads. The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads and acquiring new clients as well as maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong communication skill with a positive attitude. This position is ideal for a driven, disciplined and high-performing individual with business/sales acumen that has experience in B2B sales prospecting, market research, and sales lead generation. Responsibilities Participate in market segmentation and go-to-market strategy discussions to help identify target B2B customer segments and potential target prospects in each segment. Grow sales while developing and maintaining fruitful relationships with clients. Develop new business via cold prospecting, email outreach, business networking, etc. Manage successful follow-through of sales cycle by maintaining pipeline, sales activity and accurately forecast quarter closes in CRM system. Collaborate with internal recruiting team to ensure clients' needs are met. Understand client needs and offer solutions and support, answer client questions and follow-up call questions. Meet all quotas for cold, active, appointments, and interviews; meet or exceed annual sales. Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting, maintaining short- and long-term business development plans. Skills and qualifications Minimum of 3 years of proven success in lead generation within B2B, IT, or financial services organizations. Proven ability to develop and execute integrated media, marketing, and social strategies. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail. Experience with lead generation and prospect management. Persuasive and goal-oriented Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor. Able to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally and confidently. Excellent analytical and time-management skills Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team. A Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry or a related field is required.
