LCHC serves the entire population of Lāna'i, with a special emphasis on those living at or below 200% of the federal poverty level and the underinsured or uninsured. The center provides services in a culturally sensitive manner, offering translation services when needed, and ensures that no one is denied care due to an inability to pay.

Provide confidential administrative support services for the Executive Director and Leadership Team members. This position shall assist the Leadership Team along with the Board of Directors with projects, reporting, preparation and dissemination of reports and information related to project-assigned work and tasks. While primarily focused on assignments by the Executive Director, this position will support other departments and coordinate activities from those Leadership Team members. This individual must project a professional image through in-person and phone interaction. Adhere to strict confidentiality policies, HIPAA laws, etc. LCHC is a patient care, teaching, and research organization and provides workshops, education sessions, and outreach - all employees should expect to be involved with these activities, the extent to which will depend upon their position in the organization.

$21 per hour
