Position Details

• Location: Honolulu, HI
• Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI, SAP Information eligible, consent for Counterintelligence polygraph

Duties and Responsibilities

The Site Security Manager (SSM) supports the Air Force (AF) Special Access Program (SAP) Security Support Services (SSS) by overseeing security operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating with project teams during planning, design, and construction phases. Responsibilities include developing security plans, conducting inspections, documenting violations, and ensuring adherence to all applicable security policies and standards.

Key duties involve:

• Developing and implementing security documentation such as CVRs, CSPs, and TEMPEST documentation.
• Conducting periodic security inspections and documenting compliance or violations.
• Collaborating with construction teams to maintain site security and mitigate threats.
• Ensuring compliance with NISPOM, ICD, UFCs, and SAP policies.
• Providing security oversight of staff and procedures, and advising on security matters during project meetings.
• Evaluating security measures for SCIFs and SAP facilities.
• Briefing personnel on security topics and preparing accreditation documentation.
• Leading and mentoring security team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or 7 years of experience without a degree.
• Experience with physical security, personnel management, or construction management.
• Relevant certifications such as SFPC, SAPPC, SPSC, SPIPC, PSC, ISOC, or ATC are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to pass required safety and security courses within specified timeframes.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and walk long distances.
