Work you'll do

1. Manage the development, evaluation, and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system security plans to protect sensitive and highly classified information and property.
2. Develop security briefings and guidance on the issuance, control, education, and requirements for classified materials and systems.
3. Manage the development, coordination, and monitoring of security programs, including reviewing and approving documentation, conducting site surveys, and supporting security accreditations.
4. Manage activities related to security clearances.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance required
• 4 years of physical security experience
• Understanding of national-level agency security processes, procedures, and requirements, including Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) standards, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and communications security practices
• Understanding of clearance processing, physical security, and document control functions
• Work is performed in Honolulu, Hawaii

Preferred:

• Facility Security Officer certification
• Experience managing Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) operations
• Experience working with databases such as NIST, NISS, and DISS

The wage range for this role considers various factors including skills, experience, certifications, and organizational needs. The estimated range is $97,875 to $163,125. Compensation decisions depend on individual circumstances and are not typically at the top of the range upon hiring. Additionally, there may be eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
