Clearance Needed: TS/SCI

Parsons is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support our US INDOPACOM customer, working on critical missions involving big data. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, strong analytical skills, and experience in data methodologies to develop use cases for command staff.

Responsibilities

1. Communicate effectively with senior staff and stakeholders to understand requirements and meet objectives.
2. Lead efforts to analyze data and identify value for operational use cases.
3. Explain complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Educate and mentor users on data interpretation and utilization.
5. Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
6. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch).
7. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., matplotlib) and big data technologies (e.g., Pandas, Spark).
8. Work independently to solve complex problems with minimal guidance.
9. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years working in a multi-skilled team environment on data automation projects.
• Prior military experience supporting US INDOPACOM activities.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data and automating data processing tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Preferred Experience

• Leadership experience in managing large teams or branch-level offices.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
