The Opportunity:
- CCI is seeking several Workforce and Leadership Development Specialists to support our customers at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF).
- Play a pivotal role in developing mid-level and senior-level Shipyard project personnel for successful workforce and leadership development outcomes.
- Use human-centered design principles to serve in a consultative, customer-facing role with an emphasis on building relationships, influencing leadership development skills, and facilitating engagements for success.
- The work site will fluctuate between home and customer site. This is a hybrid-remote position requiring significant on-site work to meet customer needs. Applicants must be within commuting distance to PHNSY & IMF.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple customer engagements, meetings, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Conduct organizational assessments and needs analysis; map out a scope and sequence using backward planning, outlining key events and milestones to meet objectives on time.
- Plan and deliver engagements of varied durations (from 0.5 to 9 days) for groups of 10-200, customizing events to client needs.
- Develop and support key events and milestones that foster leadership within a framework of sustainable workforce development aligned with customer goals.
- Manage communications, customer expectations, and program deliverables.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop strategies for learning and delivery within the Naval Maintenance Community.
- Build and develop relationships with stakeholders across the Naval Maintenance Community.
- Support contract execution, including data and metrics submission and timely report completion.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret security clearance and ultimately a DOD Secret clearance.
- Mid-Level Position (2 openings): Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in consulting, training, education, workforce or leadership development; or 8 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- Junior-Level Position (1 opening): Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience; or 5 years without a degree.
- Experience facilitating meetings with senior leadership.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, capable of engaging internal and external clients effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, excellent time management, and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Desired:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Additional certifications or experience in Design Thinking, ADDIE, Facilitation, Workforce Development, Project Management, Curriculum Development, Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt, Organizational Behavior, or Team Development.
- Previous military service.
- Experience working with the Naval Maintenance Community, U.S. Navy, or DoD.
This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. Applicants may also be considered for other roles at CACI.

Pay Range: The salary varies based on location, experience, skills, and other factors. The proposed range is $52,300 - $107,200.
