The ideal candidate will ensure that the Help Desk operates as a highly professional service that meets customer needs. Responsibilities include following procedures, processing assistance requests from users in a professional manner, logging and responding to requests promptly, and documenting faults and problems. The role involves establishing and maintaining change control procedures, verifying, supporting, and resolving service tickets related to IT customer support, and supporting end devices such as cellular phones, tablets, iPhones, iPads, and multifunctional devices.
You are an individual with excellent communication skills, capable of logically breaking down problems for resolution, customer service-oriented, patient with difficult customers, and a team player. Recent and significant experience working in an ICT Help Desk is preferred.
This position requires a Secret-level government security clearance. Candidates must be US Citizens and reside on Oahu.
