Job Duties

The Engineer VI supervises personnel, develops procedures, represents the organization on technical matters, and may lead large projects or serve as a staff specialist in planning, development, design, or research.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
2. A valid Hawaii Professional Engineer license at application time.
3. Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
4. Four (4) years of professional engineering experience, including at least one (1) year at the Engineer V level.
5. One (1) year of supervisory or staff advisory experience.
6. Possession of a valid driver's license, if required.
