What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for grading, excavation, utilities, and sitework.
• Manage crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met.
• Interpret and implement plans, specs, and schedules in the field.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent and Project Manager to execute work plans.
• Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with all Alpha Inc. standards and protocols.
• Track materials, equipment, and manpower daily.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and team members.
• Train, mentor, and develop laborers and operators for long-term crew success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Civil Foreman or Lead in heavy construction.
• Strong understanding of excavation, grading, utilities, and sitework operations.
• Proven ability to lead crews, manage production, and maintain a safe worksite.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, layouts, and grades.
• Comfortable using technology including tablets, timekeeping apps, and communication tools.
• Valid driver's license required (CDL a plus).
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
