Responsibilities

1. Assist Sales Executives with sales presentation strategy, guest questions, and sales closing process.
2. Support sales management in closing timeshare sales and generating sales efficiencies.
3. Supervise the sales line through training and modeling effective sales and customer service practices.
4. Maintain a professional image that upholds HGVC standards of integrity, quality, and service.

Schedule and Location

Operates 7 days/week in Waikoloa; 5-day schedule after training based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Timeshare Sales.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Valid Hawaii real estate license.
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mentoring, coaching, or supervising experience.
• Previous sales lead or timeshare experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
