Job Summary:

BOSS Facility Services is hiring for a Client-focused, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication (writing, speaking and listening) skills for an Account Coordinator I position in our Service Department. This position is full-time and requires you to be on site for the evening shift, Monday through Friday. Some overtime, including weekends, may be required. Reliable individuals with a strong work ethic who can effectively multi-task in a fast-paced work setting are strongly encouraged to apply. Our ideal candidates must have Office 365 experience and understand the importance of customer service as well as the urgency it often requires.

Job Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring all notes and correspondence are well documented in database.
• Monitoring status on materials ordered.
• Finalizing completed work orders to ensure all necessary information is received.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Please Note: Training is provided on in-house software. Individuals must be highly organized, resourceful and results oriented, with the desire and ability to take the initiative and multitask in a fast-paced service-oriented environment that is focused on growth. Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey information effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Ability to multitask.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Salary ranges from $18-20 per hour, depending on experience.
