The pool ambassador will perform duties in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner, including interacting with guests at the pool area, retail sales, renting & cleaning equipment, and maintaining pool area cleanliness according to brand standards. Ensure a positive guest experience, take ownership of situations, and follow up on daily requests. Responsibilities also include safeguarding pool guests, patrols, monitoring the pool areas, processing incident reports as needed, and applying and enforcing the resort's pool guest experience rules.
Activities occur both indoors and outdoors, requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating various office and pool equipment. Must have visual and manual dexterity, good hearing, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Assist with guest inquiries, enforce safety standards, and perform additional tasks as directed by management.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Customer service experience preferred.
Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance per hotel standards.
Consistent attendance is essential. Adherence to hotel policies and willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs is required.
