About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager responsible for managing project costs, schedules, and performance to ensure successful completion within company standards and objectives. You will oversee project activities from bid to closeout, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to timelines.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee all aspects of concrete construction projects, from initial bid through to project closeout.
2. Manage profit/loss, scope, budget, and schedule to ensure project success.
3. Generate, review, and approve estimates, contracts, change orders, and work orders.
4. Create and maintain project schedules, adjusting timelines as needed.
5. Prepare financial reports, track project costs, and monitor expenditures.
6. Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and field teams.
7. Ensure subcontractor compliance with project requirements and standards.
8. Address project-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
9. Maintain all project documentation accurately.
10. Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance for concrete work.
11. Review contractual documents and seek efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

1. Associates degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
2. 2-3 years of experience in concrete, construction, or project management.
3. ACI Certification preferred.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, and project management software preferred.

Additional Details

This position requires on-site work and is not eligible for remote work.

Salary range: $125,000 - $145,000 annually, based on experience.
