Job Summary
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with best practices. This position manages/supervises warehouse staff, optimizes processes for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, and ensures operations run smoothly to support the university's goals. The Supervisor also handles procurement, inventory control, financial reporting, and compliance with safety regulations. This position requires a strong leader who can drive efficiency, develop team members, and implement strategic improvements to warehouse operations.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job i.e. sitting for long periods of time in an enclosed room, working at the computer for long periods of time, ability to shelve heavy books overhead push heavy library book carts. Requires full range of motion. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. Approximate starting hourly rate:
27.00 - 31.00
