With minimal supervision the HPC Technical Training Instructor provides a comprehensive learning and development program for the technical employee that enhances knowledge, skills, and productivity. The HPC Technical Training Instructor develops and designs, organizes and implements and conducts training programs. The HPC Technical Training Instructor champions a continuous learning environment. The HPC Technical Training Instructor will also provide technical, operation and maintenance training for customers as directed by management. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Conducts technical training focused on Cat Prime Product to include but not limited to applied electrical, engines/powertrain, hydraulics, technology, and applied failure analysis. Assists with creating a skills database and tracking training progress. Helps coordinate the TCDP (Technician Career Development Plan).
